  1. the latest mock draft of pft.com 11. Buffalo Bills: Michael Oher, tackle, Mississippi. With a trade of Jason Peters coming sooner or later, the Bills need a guy like Oher to help keep defenders away from Trent Edwards. So that he can throw passes to Terrell Owens. So that he can drop them.
  2. Torry Holt-WR-Rams Mar. 13 - 4:44 pm et NFL.com's Steve Wyche reports the Rams have released WR Torry Holt.
  3. i would do it for a 1st and 2nd because then we dont have to give him huge money and deal with him holding out.

  6. torry holt wants to be released because he thinks he can get in on some of the money coles and tj got. TORRY HOLT WANTS OUT OF ST. LOUIS Posted by Mike Florio on March 4, 2009, 8:29 p.m. EST Amid rumors that he might be cut or traded, veteran receiver Torry Holt has forced the issue, requesting that the Rams release him, according to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. With a $1.25 million roster bonus due on March 17, Holt will likely get his wish sooner rather than later. Still, he’s hoping to hit the market sooner. With guys like T.J. Houshmandzadeh and Laveranues Coles cashing in, Holt surely thinks he could do as well or better, given that he’s only two years older than them and possesses superior skills.
  7. Per rotoworld.. Do you think he would be worth a try? i know trent woould love this .and Braylon edwards didn't have to good of a season last year so maybe a 2nd and 5th for him. Also hardy would benefit from this by learning how to use his size. i think we should start talking.
  8. Torry Holt has requested to be released by the Rams. The Rams have found no takers while shopping Holt, likely because the rest of the league knows they don't intend to pay his $1.25M roster bonus on March 17. Failing to exercise the bonus would terminate Holt's contract and make him a free agent. The Rams probably aren't going to get anything for him. Source: St Louis Post-Dispatch
  9. Jabari Greer-DB-Saints Mar. 4 - 5:40 pm et Saints agreed to terms with CB Jabari Greer on a four-year contract. The Saints didn't learn their lesson with Jason David. Still desperate at CB, New Orleans adds another product of the Tampa 2. Greer is a better athlete than David, but wasn't a shutdown corner in Buffalo, missed a month and a half last year with a knee injury, and has four picks in 70 career games. He isn't a noticeable upgrade over Randall Gay, Tracy Porter, or Usama Young. Source: New Orleans Times-Picayune
