    I was being facetious.

Some of the elite fighting units take it to increase blood flow while in action.

I never heard of that. I’m not sure that’s true. Especially when there are a plethora of products like NoXplode that do the same thing.

By the way, NoXplode poos are the worst. One second you’re fine, the next you’re about to explode.

Unless you go through an intersection not realizing your light was red and somebody T-bones you.

Right. Nobody has the right to drive intoxicated.

I have friends who swear being high doesnt effect their driving. I will NOT. Nobody has the right to put my family at risk by driving under the influence, and I don’t have that right either. Nobody does.

Smoking pot and driving shouldn't be such a bad thing. It's hard to do any damage at 11 mph.

    I do NOT condone it.

However, I am truly intrested in microdosing soldiers before combat. I think it could be advantageous.

You might want to reword that.

It’s worded as intended. Heroin is legal. Loads of it at your local pharmacy.

But people will get high and drive and injure and kill some people and it will happen more if it's legalized.

There have been solid studies done on colorado. You should look into them.

i dunno... we had this good bud one time and smoked with a girl at work who had, 'tried it' before. she flipped out. they called an ambulance and we got fired. i hear the strains today are even more potent..

That is crazy. I’ve gotten a little paranoid before but not like that.

cool, so i can grow and cultivate poppy?

No, because while extremely legal, heroin kills people.

    Heroi is bad for you.

Id love to see all heroin dealers get the death penalty.

I hope his neighbor plants corpse flowers.

Yes, because a decade later, if I’m home, I’d be subjected to about 20 minutes of a foul odor. That’d show me. Or something.

Gary Oldman's available.  The leeway and excuses Republicans give Trump for this kind of crap is ridiculous.

Gary Oldman’s Churchill was AWFUL. I hated that movie. I hates it! I prefer John Lithgow’s interpretation.

Trump steps on his own rakes when he speaks - but on this he was pretty clear. He never said he didn't hold Kim's regime responsible for what happened. He never said he didn't hold Kim accountable for what happened under his "leadership". All he said was that Kim told him he didn't know what happened to Otto until after it happened.

Is that true? Likely it is. Does it make Kim any less of a dictator? Nope.

The spin that comes off these flubs is what's hilarious to me. If only because it continually shows which outlets are more interested in dividing and spinning than they are factually covering the story. There are very, very few that do the latter anymore. But the former is becoming easier and easier to spot.

Part of the confusion here is the failure to understand what the DPRK was under Kim until very, very recently. It wasn't his country as much as it was a controlled country (by several actors, including the USIC).

Dude — Trumps flirtatious relationship with that ***** is unacceptable. His refusal to use force is also unacceptable.

I think a lot of people would like the freedom to drive as fast as they want any time anywhere and would be willing to pay a tax for that privilege.  Should we do that too?  Sure a few more people will die and there will be some extra cost to administer that right, but shouldn't we consider it in the name of freedom?

This is a horrible point, though I’m sure you find it valid.

    1. Speed limits are for government roads. The government owns them. They can control them.

    2. What I’m advocating for is a man to grow whatever flowers he wants on his property, and to do with his flowers what he pleases on his property. That is not me advocating for somebody to get high and drive which is irresponsible and is something I do not do, nor have I ever.

    3. By your logic it’s a short road to gun control.

    4. You cannot come up with a reason why you should have any say as to what flowers I have in my house.

Having weed illegal because it's bad for us (allegedly) is the definition of the nanny state.  I love to see these personal responsibility freedom types on here being against it.  LOL.

I don't like drunks but I don't think alcohol should be illegal.

Bottom line is the people want it, it's just the politicians with pockets lined with pharmaceutical and alcohol industry and private prisons money that don't want it.

In almost every state they have let the voters decide it's passed.

Yeah it’s ridiculous that conservatives advocate for the continued prohibition. Ignorance and hypocrisy.

Just a friendly reminder that the use of cannabis plants as mind-altering drugs originates in the Islamic world.

By all means, let's start the introduction of Islamic law and culture with legalizing marijuana, right @The_Dude?

Again, not true. What census gave you this gem?

It’s like we need to fact-check everything you say because you’re always making things up. Seriously, the next time you wanna spout a fun-fact, Google it first so you don’t look so foolish.

so then if extrapolated out, you would fire a weapon while stoned, in the right environment of course.

out of curiosity, what is, 'the right environment'? what is the wrong environment?

The right environment would be me, Jack, guns n ammo, and 1000 acres of nothing.

Also, have you been high? You know it’s not like you’re halucinating, right?

I think you just made a case against freedom.

The resident stoner with anger issues says it's non-lethal and non-habitual?

Once again, the biggest argument against legalization is its proponents.

While funny, you’re lackinh in substance. Again. If you’d like to debate the merits, let’s roll. If you’d like to poke fun from behind the safety of your computer screen, I’m not interested.

How is society enhanced by legalization of marijuana?

    Will highway traffic deaths rise?

    Will law enforcement costs rise?

Will use of other more dangerous drugs also rise?

Are there health risks for long term use and what will that cost both users and non-users?

Will academic and work performance fall?

Don't give me the alcohol argument.  I'm interested in knowing if legalizing this is a net negative or net positive for our society.

    Well, let’s make alcohol illegal.
