I LOVE THIS
If anybody can do this it's Trump. This would give the Bills National Press.
Not in a Jerry Jones way, but in an investment way hopefully.
If Trump should happen to buy the Buffalo Bills, he will also likely pull up a hotel or two in Western New York.
He'd probably also be good for some money for the Arts in Buffalo and maybe even education.
I bet you he also would buy up as much of the waterfront propetry as he could and redevelop it.
See Trump is a business man. So was Ralph. You know Trump gonna build a hotel or 2.

That would be the DUMBEST move ever. The big reason December games don't sell is because no one wants to sit out in the cold. And when was the last time bad weather helped us? I seem to recall the Dolphins beating us pretty easily in the cold. The whole wind-and-cold advantage is BS. The only dumber move would be to waste money on a retractable roof then open it in December.
the reason why they don't sell out in Dec. ? The Bills are out of the playoff hunt usually before Thanksgiving. The Holidays dont help either.
You think the Falcons wanted to play outdoors in the Ralph last year? Trust me it would have been a different game and crowd at the Ralph.
Plus why spent money on a roof when you know it might double the cost of the stadium??
Ask the people of Pittsburg, would they want a roof over Heinz field ??

I think there is little chance it leaves Erie County. You think Buffalo politics is effed up, try NF for size.
I think you build a new Staduim either downtown Buffalo or right next to the Ralph.
Or even expanding UB's stadium in Amherst. I like that idea.
There is plenty of That way Both teams would use it . And it has wide roads for easy access already. And it has nice hotels already there with plenty of room to build more.
Plus the Mall , Niagara Falls Blvd. business would make big money. Trust me , Canadians know where to shop lol.
It would have to be an open air stadium. No way do you want to lose the home field advantage.
Heinz Field would do 65,000 tops.

As another poster mentioned, the Jets have done this to them a few times as well. They have guaranteed wins. They hate each other. If we can even get back to an actual rivalry instead of a one-sided deal that would be nice.
Not to sound mean but you CAN NOT like your division rivals. The games are WAY to important to be showing teams to much respect. I think the Bills as a team in the past have been well... nice guys to a fault. That's ok but you need guys to play with some swagger, some that has been missing during these last 14 yrs.
Spikes plays with passion and I cant wait until he hits Brady. It will juice the whole team up.

We should have been showing some man hate towards the Pats. I feel like the only team that really took it to the Pats during this run of titles was the Ravens.
The Ravens played like they didn't like them and you know what, it worked.
About time somebody on the Bills adopted this attitude, and I hope it rubs off on the rest of the team.

The Texans prolly will take Clowney. He is the best player in the draft.
However the Raiders are the team I think that takes a chance on him because you cant count on Mr PickSix (Schaub).

Getting rid of Stevie ? No I don't see it happening this year. Stevie would lose just about anybody in the slot.
TJ Graham on the other hand is the guy on the bubble IMO

They need to take OT first round period.
Then take another in the 4th round that can play both G and OT.

One thing that's missing in all this convo is now that we have Williams plus Woods , plus Stevie, plus Chandler, plus Goodwin .We would have an excellent WR group.
Remember we have Moeaki from KC , Gragg in the TE room. What if Moeaki stays healthy in camp. I think he beats out Chandler .
There is lots of ifs but I believe we can score some points if we get good QB play from EJ. Even with just these guys.
Thing is EJ needs time to throw, we upgrade the line first round we could be in for a surprise.

I won't like that at all but that's just me. Spiller is special and we're goign to get a good prospect at #9 anyways.
I would not like this either but it seems the Bills don't view him as an every down back. Fred certainly is but he has 1 maybe 2 yrs left if that.
Plus his contract is up at the end of the year right? If they can move up in the draft and get Watkins with him as trade bait well it would better the team.
Or package CJ, this years 1st rounder and next years 3rd to move up and take Johnny Football

This surprised me a little bit. Maybe they are considering trading Spiller? We have talked about that on here before.
The thought entered my mind. And they brought in a HB for one of scout visits at OBD.
And they got Dixon this off-season as well.
I'm thinking they may want to get something for him now as opposed to waiting until his contract is up at the end of the year.

I think if the top OT's are off the board before the Bills pick the Bills have to take Evans.
Still want them to take an OT in the first tho.

I like this, but you do realize you're trying to trade in a couple used cars for a brand new Ferrari? Sure sounds like fun though.
what if the used cars had low miles on them and the Ferrari could be bought with a lease deal ?

The Bills trade C.J. , E.J Manuel, this years first, next years 3rd. For the first pick.
The only player that I want them to take if they do this is you guessed it ...... Johnny Football.
They can get a WR in the second round like Moncrief from Miss St. to go with him.
Manziel can run this offense, with Fred in the backfield and with Dixon backing him up we still have a good backfield.
Prolly not gonna happen, but with our D all we need is good QB play to make the playoffs.

My money is on Oakland. They and Cleveland still have i believe the most money left. If the coach can control him, he is a good fit for Oakland as he provides that deep threat for Schaub. I'm not sure where Pettine falls on him, but we don't need him. We're not going to spend $10,000,000 / yr on him, and we already have him in Goodwin.
We need size which is a "captain obvious comment", not more speed. I'd like to see him not land in the AFC East. Brady and him would be scary, but Belicheck won't pay his kind of money.

Whoever drafts Johnny Football will be very happy THIS year. I felt this before his pro day.
No way he makes it too the 9th pick. Houston would be smart to draft this kid. So would the Jags or Browns.
How tall a guy is does not matter. He has got IT and you can't teach that. He can throw the rock AND can make something out of nothing.
But by some miracle he makes it to the 9th pick I want the Bills to take him. There I said it and I'm sticking to it.

Trump says he wants the team in Buffalo. What is it a 1-2 hour flight from NYC? And he has the funds?
That's enough for me.
Now the next hurdle is will he Refurbish the "Ralph" or build a new stadium. That's what somebody in the media should ask him next.
