  1. now you just stuff a water bottle full of liqour in your pants instead...easy work around

get one of those deer skin pouch things....no metal....

    bring bailey's, buy coffee....

    bring liquor, buy your mixer....

We used to do a metal flask, but then switched to the little plastic shooter bottles of random whiskeys. It is even easier now that they don't pat you down.

  2. It is sad that it deserves an annual thread. And I give those whom are going to the game a ton of credit. I can't imagine spending a cold day watching the Bills-Jags. I think if it's 36 degrees and it rains, it would be appropriate.

Current weather outlook is 47 with 30% chance of rain. I don't mind the cold, but rain would make a miserable day. Regardless I paid for the seasons, the tailgating is fun so I'm going.

  3. I think I'll eat my $150 deposit for the two tickets and watch in a bar. They suck and they will suck for the forseeable future. We need a QB, HC, OC, DC and too many other things to list. It was going to be my retirement gift to myself but I'm not wasting $1200 plus gas and expenses to drive from Olean to Buffalo each week for this sorry ass product.

Appreciate your service and congrats on the retirement. I drive through Olean every home game around 7am on my way to the game. It is tough as tailgating and the game experience is awesome, just the team is pathetic.

  4. Are you the guy who looks at a super model and claims "she isn't that hot, her one ear lobe is bigger then the other"? Either that or you are creating an epic Troll post.

Stevie's play was a positive gain of over 60 yards, how is that a negative. Do you call out every play that doesn't go to the house? You have to give Stevie props for saving Fitz on the Int. I think most are placing blame where it is due....right at Chan for calling one of the worst games ever.

  5. You should cheer for another team!

I like Mckelvin on Special teams. I like Chandler ( most consistent receiver when needing a first down in the last 2 years ), Jones is having a good year. NO one throws to Gilmore cuz he is that good. Bills have lost 4 games to 3 teams that are potential Superbowl champs.

    GET A GRIP BRO!

Texans, Ravens, 49ers, Falcons and Pats are needing bandwagons jumpers...ALL ABOARD BPA????

It is obvious he doesn't watch the games to claim Byrd and Chandler as trash. I would argue Byrd would be even better with a better D in front of him. Remember how crappy Whitner was, now he plays on an all pro D and actually looks ok.

  6. I heard it mentioned somewhere that Tom Brady wears an in ear headphone during games, which allows someone to tell him defensive schemes (and which of his receivers are open). I was wondering if Fitz wears one of these, or if other NFL QB's wear them?

Also note the communications are only on to call in plays, the comms are supposed to be shut off 15 seconds prior to the snap. Unless you are Tom Brady.

  7. Same here. Sounds like you are in the Rockpile like me. Sec 241. I take care of my "business" before entering RWS, or go mid-period if I have to. I'm still amazed that they allow you to bring in some food. I always have a 6" Wegman's sub with me for half time.

    PTR

I left near the end of the 2nd quarter on Thursday and after a potty break and a beer I barely made it back for the 2nd half. I'm in 116 and the bathroom situation down there is ridiculous when the game is sold out. If I could wear a catheter and not have to use the restroom atleast once a game I'd be fine. I just hate being guaranteed to miss the game regardless of when you try to use the bathroom.

  8. I missed the solar panels. The power I was referring to was the tanks at the end and the reference to hot water for showers. They might have a gas supply for heating the water but they'd still need something to power pumps for pressure. Also, whatever the scientist/tea brewer was doing required some electrical equipment. The whole idea of an oasis like this run by a megalomaniacal dude like the Governor is intriguing.

  9. Was there power? I should really pay more attention. All that really stuck out to me was all those fires at night.

There were solar panels outside, and I noticed a few times indoors there were banks of batteries. I want to say the end scene you see the governor connect wiring to terminals on a battery to turn on the lights.

  10. First time in a long time, I've actually been caught up on this show. Below were the three things that stood out to me.

I have a hard time believing the NG guys would get caught that flat footed. But other than that I liked it.

Did the military guys even fire back at all, just a little unbelievable.

And they didn't even mention how she had been using the zombies as pack mules, carrying all their gear.

Shortly after the 2nd season they had some really short online comic that explained Michonnes back story and the who/why she was walking around with 2 zombies. I was kinda surprised in this episode when the camera showed how she also used them as a mule. Both of them had bags full of guns or something.

(FWIW I just thought the governor really liked his tea because its kind of "a relic of the old world" type thing...look how civilized we are, we drink tea - but execute soldiers and keep their heads in fish tanks)

I think there is something more to the tea then just that. They way they continually focused on it just makes me think it has some sinister plot. Maybe it is used to drug everyone into submission or something?
