  1. lol at the sunday ticket. Everytime Denver has the bowl they automatically are shown on the Red Zone channel
  2. im warming up my lungs for a lot of booing next Sunday
  3. I would like to apologize to the Chargers and their fans...
  4. it sucks to feel this way, but I dont mind seeing them lose. First time I could ever recall. (plus I got Denver -6)
  5. Its for the better if they lose. I hate to say it, but I would rather have a better spot in the draft, and keep our issues exposed, as opposed to a couple deceptive feel good wins at the end.
  6. well, the game can only get better
  7. We can haved an offseason 'tournament of failure' in the offseason. Probably the only thing that would cause me to cancel season tickets and close myself off from watching the Bills is if they got Vick.
  8. I didnt have the misfortune of watching that. Just the current NE misery. Im too young. Just really started to comprehend football in the mid-eightees. I hated the Dolphins, but just because of the only real direct competition in the East. I havent carried any animosity for them from that though. I wish we could have hopped in that division with Cleveland and Pittsburgh. I cant stand any NYC-area sports team by default.
  9. oh yeah, id like to see all the Favre hype fall flat on its face too.
  10. I cant believe the percentage of members of this board are pulling so much for the Jets. I cant stand the Jets. I hate the Jets almost as much as New England. Miami is almost nothing to me. I dont see a rivalry anymore, and I would much rather see them win the AFC East than the other 2. Not to mention the joy of watching Pennington close out the division in the Meadowlands. Also, I believe Miami has much less a chance to win a road playoff game than NE or NYJ. Of course I remember mocking Giants fans last year in Buffalo because "they suck" and "dont have a snowball's chance to win in the playoffs anyways".
  11. Great watching the Cowboys collapse. A negative is that it gives the Eagles a great chance at the postseason. Man. all the untimely Buffalo losses. It hit me tonight how thankful I am that the Sabres closed The Aud with a victory.
  12. i took the under for the game. Looked great about 5 minutes ago. But I am facing the Dallas defense in a FF championship
  13. wow. 2 consecutive TD runs over 75 yards. dont think I have ever seen that
  14. perfect time for a play action pass to the fullback
  15. I think maybe. Stroud seems to really like Buffalo and like playing for us fans. He could be a good ambassador to signing a guy like Haynesworth.
  16. oh, I thought you were speaking of the 2010 season. Immediate needs I believe are a 1A receiver, C, and a DE who will give opponents headaches. Those three things are brought in and they stay somewhat healthy, I think they have a shot at getting on a roll. (If Edwards is really who some folks say he is.) if youre in the Edwards is crappy fanclub, they would need a dependable, mistake free QB. Dont know who is out there
  17. there is a part of me that agrees with you. I think that unless the whole organization changes, they are best off with Jauron.
  18. I dont think they would be good with firing Jauron next season. I would take it though if there was a general change in the organization's direction and we got a football guy at the top.
  19. If we were able to procure Tony Gonzalez at that time or if we had a low-risk confident QB for all 14 games or if Lindell didnt have a funk or if Peters doesnt hold out and doesnt fail to make a few key blocks... would the Bills have 9 or 10 wins? or would this team just find a way to be in the same spot? Its an overasked question, but is it coaching, is it personnel, or is it the overall attitude/direction of the franchise. I think I know my answer. It seems most of these past 9 seasons 'come down to a handful of plays' that dont go in our favor.
  20. I think the remainder of the game is in question if that Edwards injury doesnt happen. Their first few offensive plays were successful. If I remember correctly, didnt they have to punt after JP came in and AZ scored almost immediately again? If Buffalo drives down and scores, it could have been a different game. Plus its an important play because it is arguable that Edwards had some cobwebs and/or fear for the rest of the season. The Chargers game was an aberration, but every game since, it is nowhere near the same QB as the first 4 games. I just couldnt leave it off.
  21. after the dust has settled. My anger seems to be gravitation towards JP. 2 1/2 horrible, uninspired, very winnable games. He wanted out 'to start', and didnt get his way. He was forced to play out his string here and has looked completely like he could care less what the result of the game is.
  22. 1. Edwards' concussion early against Arizona 2a. Ginn's 60+ Yard pass reception (off McGee) Immediately after Buffalo 'took control' at Miami. 2b. Edwards fumbling @ Miami on an already successful sneak (whistle should have gone) 3. Elam's pick 6 for the Jets 4. Lindell's missed FG against Cleveland Monday night 5. Losman's SEVERELY underthrown fade pass on first down and goal 6. Losman not being able to hold onto the ball with 2:00 left on the play action against the Jets. Considering the doom and gloom... these 6 plays could have been the difference of us being in the state we are in now... Or scrambling for playoff tickets. with the exception of #1, most are a combination of coaching creating an optimal situation for failure, along with a severe failure on the Bills' part of executing.
  23. we should make it like a home game for New England.
