  1. Oh........... .......You really got me there  "Hey, Mom, can I use the smiley again?" She said it was ok

    Yes I did .

I'm demonstrating the mindset of anyone mindless enough to inccessantly rely on something that juvenile on every post they make.

I'm guessing that's how little girl's who use those smiley on every post must sound like when they are at the computer.

    Am I right ?

    Tell us ?

How giddy do you get when you use those little smileys ?

  2. Marshawn Lynch is still a work in progress, folks sometimes forget Freddie Jackson has more experience then just college and the NFL,

Jackson played two seasons for the Sioux City Bandits in the National Indoor Football League (2004) and the United Indoor Football League (2005). He was named the 2005 UIF co-MVP in 2005 as he ran for 1,770 yards and 41 touchdowns.

If he's still a work in progress he must really be good because right now he looks at least equal to Lynch.

    At least.

  3. jesus h. christ...irony at its finest. are you mocking his smiley icons by sounding like a 5 year old girl?

Sorry but I don't want to bother spoonfeeding and explaining every sarcasm to you, because there will be no end to trying to bring your comprehension up to speed.

  4. So you think Lynch gets better with more carries and Jackson will get worst, is that what your saying?

What makes you think that a battering ram that runs right at you is so hard to game plan for?

Some of these experts actually believe that Lynch and his 'beast mode' is something special these NFL defenses haven't seen.

But he's not going to run over these defenses for anything significant no matter how many 'beast mode' posters these experts buy.

  5. That makes him top 7, not top 5 smart  Got math?

It's has nothing to do with math, boy, I was going by there being 30 teams.

I may be mistaken on the number of teams in the NFL but I am leaps amd bound ahead of you and your entire family put together when it comes to mathematics.

  6. #1 - True

    #2 - True

#3 - False and a ridiculous statement altogether. Lynch is definitely one of the BETTER RB's in this league and our OL needs to do it's job so he can better do his. Look at the highlight reels of what this guy can do. He needs help. The only back I can remember able to create everything on his own was Barry Sanders. Lynch surely isn't Barry, but he's a better option than what 22-25 other teams have.

    #4- True

#5 - Royal is a turd, not a bust. Nothing major was ever really expected of him, atleast I hope not. A bust is a player who comes in with high expectation, but only delivers disappointment. Bad FA move? Yes.

    25 other teams?

Do really think Lynch is a top 5 back in the NFL?

    That would be truely ridiculous.

  7. 1. Absolutely

    2. Yeah, for the most part.

    3. I think Lynch is far from 'ordinary,' but I will say this: I believe that several factors have led fans to overrate him. His personality, his relentless style, his draft position and still some lingering "He's not McGahee" feelings. Time will tell if he can will develop into an elite back, but in my opinion, he's not there yet.

Regarding 4 and 5, not saying I agree with either, but why is an ineffective backup higher on your list of importance than an ineffective starter? Very few teams win Super Bowls without their starting QB.

Well could agree with swapping 4 and 5 , but at the same time I don't think the Bills neccessarily need to have Royal involved in the passing game.

  8. Yup, but aren't we all a little guilty of that sometimes?

    Not that in particular.

I have never once resorted to telling someone that I disagree with that my opinion speaks for everyone else and I never will.

It's weak and too lame for me.

I try to just stick to debating any issue on it's merits.

Weak people instigate name calling and insults.

Weaker people like tinkerbell wait for the return insult, and make a veiled petition to the mods directed at the person returning the insult, instead of the person initiating insults.

That type of garbage is way too transparent for me.

I don't ever see myself as using these bird-brained tactics.

When someone insults me they get insulted and I don't care if they cry to a mod like a kid crying to his mommy.

I don't even care if the exchange is with a mod, if a mod insults me I will reply with one.

Weasels that try to rewrite normal codes of conduct by pleaing to mods to silence opposing opinions won't phase me.

  9. The backup QB problem should be last in magnitude. Robert Royal has cost us in many situations this year. He's our starting tight end, most of the time. JP has seen the field once this year. I'd definitely rank not having a legitimate tight end (who's been on the field every game) above having an average backup quarterback.

I agree because if we get lucky JP doesn't see the field again as a Buffalo Bill.

We're about half way through the season ,so he is close to being put on the first bus out of here

Maybe I should have put it last.

I put it next last because the other problems are part of the game every week but at the same time the Bills shouldn't have to be locked into using Royal in the passing game.

    .

  10. If any truly objective Bills fan who follows the team thinks Marshawn Lynch is "average" as you have stated, then they like yourself don't know a whole lot about the game of football. Do me a favor and go root for the Cowboys because most of their casual fans like you don't know crap about and probably never played the game.

Well people that see Lynch as much more than average are novices at best.

In most cases they are kids taking in by and giddy with catch phrases like "beast mode".

But everyone is a kid at one point or another.

  11. I think you might have some personal issues. Lighten up. "Forum Tactic" is a bit dramatic eh? Lynch is a stud RB, it shouldn't even be a debate IMHO.

It is debated regardless of your opinion and regardless of your psychological problems.

  12. Count me as another that thinks labeling Lynch as ordinary is silly. In fact, we have no idea of what he is because our run blocking has sucked. It is a truism that he has singlehandedly gained most of his yards this year in less than advatageous situations. I won't go as far as to label the guy a superstar, but I do think the potential is there.

It depends on how fast a fan can identify a player's skill level.

I recall this same type of denial in regard to Losman...we don't know yet ..he's in his 4th year but he's still a rookie...the offensive coordinator blows....etc etc....you know the type of stuff that was going on.

For me it's not difficult at all to judge a RB, all pro offensive line or not.

Easiest position on the field to judge.

If we had a Thurman Thomas or even a Joe Cribbs back there, they would still stand out as players.

Great RBs make Olines look good, Lynch doesn't have that type of ability.

Behind a great Oline Lynch would run for 1200-1400, so would plenty of other RBs, but he needs a GREAT line.

  13. I agree with your first 3 points

More important, when are you and Robert going out on tour?

Plant has gone too far off the deep end with his forrays into other types of 'music'.

I want to distance myself from him at this point, there will be no tour.

  14. Yea, and I'm sure that those "plenty of people" wanted Frank Reich over Jim Kelly and Kenneth Davis over Thurman Thomas back in the day. Lynch's YPC is very pedestrian but #2 on your afore mentioned list accounts for that.

HAHAHA now you are pulling out an equally lame forum tactic , assigning statements to others in order to prop yourself up.

Let me use a common one too....how old are you?

  15. I have no issue and agree with #1 and #2, but to say Lynch is ordinary is just silly. The guy's got skillz we, or at least everyone except you, can see. He's earned most of his yards carrying defenders on his back. Did you see that great TD run 2 days ago against Miami? Our backup QB is lousy but the same goes for about 28 other NFL teams so it carries no weight. Robert Royal is nothing more than a blocking TE which is basically all he did in Washington. If Levy and John Guy thought they could get any type of offensive production from him they were delusional or didn't scout him adequately before signing him as a free agent.

Well that is a well known rinky dink little forum tactic when you proclaim that everyone except one person (in this case me) shares your opinion.

    Nice try.

Actually it's weak and far from true.

I don't know which forum you are reading, but there are plenty of people on this one calling for Jackson to get more carries.

    Lynch's YPC is pedestrian.

  16.

Royal is in his 7th season......and was a 5th round pick originally.

I don't think 'bust' is the correct descriptive word when applied to FA pickups. Hasn't panned out......waste of money....etc would work better.

    I call it a bust.

It's a FA bust as far as I'm concerned.
