Where does it say things like banning armor-piercing ammunition or giving law enforcement to obtain the information required to trace back guns that have been used in crimes? How is this changing the constitution?

1. Obama knows how many states there are and he made a mistake. He was tired from campaigning; he meant 47, there was still 1 state to go and he joked that his campaign wouldn't let him go to AK and HI. He admitted he was overtired.
I defy you, or anyone else, to crisscross that many timezones, stop in that many cities in such a short time, and always remember where you are and what you're supposed to say.

1)Obama knows there are 50 states. just like McCain knows he is no longer a prisoner of war when he addresses his audience as "my fellow prisoners".
2) Sarah Palin doesn't understand the 1st amendment.

I didn't defend Palin, in fact I cannot because I'm not aware of her comment on the 1st ammendment.

Not only would I not support any candidate that doesn't know the constitution inside and out, I would not support any candidate who has any intention other than to uphold every iota of the constitution.
That rules out obama.
He has openly stated his willingness, possibly his agenda, to change the constitution.

1.When you criticize Fox for who they endorse are you suggesting that hussien obama is an astute candidate ?
If so how do you justify supporting a candidate who isn't aware of how many states there are?
2. In your opinion ,which is worse a candidate who you claim doesn't know the constitution or a candidate who openly states his willingness and a possible desire to change the constitution?
3. We don't know exactly what obama has in mind when he refers to his willingness to change the constitution of the United States, because he doesn't disclose it.
We DO know that he supports measures to interfere with the right to bear arms.
That is in violation of the constitution.
Can you tell us if YOU are aware of that, and can YOU tell us which ammendment it violates?
4. If you are ok with violating the constitution then why is it so important to you for a VP candidate to know the constitution?
That seems hypocritical to me.

By definition Middle Class means above the lower and below the upper. This covers a large range of incomes and cannot be defined by any one income number. So it doesn't matter what # someone says since middle class is also different based on geographical differences-middle class in Buffalo is poor in NYC & LA.
So the only important # is at what income do your taxes go down, stay the same, or go up. Obama has been quite clear on those #s and has a calculator for all on his website. Just because FOX News and its viewers are too friggin stupid to do the math, doesn't mean that the Obama tax plan has changed. This is the same news organization that supports a candidate for VP who doesn't even know the definition of the 1st amendment regarding freedom of speech. The reason moderates and those more left than us think the supporters & viewers of FOX News and their VP candidate are stupid is because they just are, and every time they write or say something it confirms that fact.

I will say that I have always considered Constitution of the United States almost sacred document.
I don't know if the Constitution Party believes in strict adherence to the constitution but we sure seem to think along the same lines.

Chris Rock has a funny bit about the fact that if you know any black person, don't count or plan on him doing anything November 5th. He or she won't be available, won't be awake, won't be reliable, not going to show up for work, etc.
If Obama wins, it's really going to be a watershed event for a lot of people, especially minorities. It's also going to piss off a small minority of people.
