I agree with everything except suspending Rex. Once you do that then the whole team is lost. Furthermore, no coach will want to come here knowing that they can get suspended. Its probably in his contract you cant anyways. We live in sports town hell

Russ Brandon was the other one that consulted and had a love fest for the guy. Its time for him to go as well.
