Most teams have sh-- at TE. We're just another one. Any pick today at TE is not going to be that good. Pick the best player available.
That kind of logic tells me you'd take a quarterback if he was the "best overall available" even if we had Peyton Manning and Jay Cutler on our roster.
I say this late in the draft, you go with best overall player for your most needed position. There's still more value in a 4th round TE than a 6th round LB.
I'd love to see Coffman at 121. He's got great size. Great intensity, tough baller.

I think a late 4th round TE can still contribute and hold some potential. Unless you want to just wait til next year?

There's nothing wrong with being a fan and disliking or questioning this move. If we all just cheered for the team and never did anything more, hope would fade fast.

Since when was he found guilty of disorderly conduct? I believe in innocent until PROVEN guilty, don't you? As far as I'm concerned, he's done nothing wrong and the charges are baseless until a jury decides otherwise.
That's what I'm saying, he's being CHARGED with disorderly conduct, but he hasn't been convicted or anything yet. A lot of people just go ahead and plead guilty with similar charges because of the costs and how normal it is. Donte's in an interesting spot because he has the money to really take this to court if he feels and it won't really affect him.
Again, in any form, anything that happens doesn't equate him getting bashed the way some numbskull fans are doing.

I think Donte's a little naive in all this, but for the bashing he's taking from fans on facebook, it's uncalled for. All did was get disorderly conduct, but the bashing on his wall, you would think he did some far worse.

Cons: Missed a practice to go on a date with Megan Fox and Elisha Cuthbert at the same time. Took 20 Bills fans to Las Vegas the day after signing a $30 million contract. Lost $30 million in Las Vegas. Had to live in a treehouse in The Dean's backyard.
Diet is a bit out of whack, think Urlacher hits hard? Try putting down a box of krispy kreme or buffalo wings in front of this player...
Too flashy, big ego, self-centered.

Great interviewer. Says it's likely Peters will remain a Bill. Likely Bills will take best offer for Roscoe before the draft. I think he's one of the hardest working guys for ESPN.

I'm guessing Orakpo is high on their board, if he is available.
I've heard Orakpo isn't high on their boards as he's more just a pass rushing type DE, not an all-downs DE. Orakpo isn't as strong against the rush.
edit: I don't claim to have inside connections, but tomorrow night on Bills Fan Radio, we have 2 insiders well-credited and respected that do have inside connections. This is based on what they've discussed with me prepping for show. And I drive a Toyota. =)

Wasn't Roscoe out a few weeks after the season opener? Just because he only returned 1 TD doesn't mean he got every opportunity.

It's pointless for Whitner to sue. Cops will be lining up to testify against him. Not to mention a waste of money and time. Reward isn't that big. They would only compensate him with a win if he were somehow injured.
