  1. Von Miller, Tre White, Diggs (last seven games) and Milano were all non-factors and high dollars last year. The Bills also became by NFL standards an “old” team. It’s time for a roster refresh. To your nearly crusading point, KC has been better at it - though the Bills were very unlucky with injuries last year.
  2. The Bills have to get younger. They are working themselves out of a cap bind.
  3. Guess the Bills have a KR / PR.
  4. Do you not see that Brady will change the style of the offense at least somewhat? There is are some teams across the league push torwards youth in offensive coaching. I will grant you that Brady is unproven but I look forward to seeing what he will do. I am one of the few around here who has said the Bills are better off without Diggs. I like the fact that the Bills have built a varied WR and TE groups. Defenses seem to have figured out Diggs and Davis. KC did for sure. The Bills now have combinations of size and speed. Additionally they can go deep, play short and throw over the middle. No doubt Josh will have his favorite routes and tendencies. However, The NFL is a cat and mouse league. Teams will figure you out and you have to be able to do several things well. We will have to see what the product looks like on the field but I am excited.
  5. I was not one of the ones saying we only needed speed. Look who the Bills have on the roster at WR: KJ Hamler 4.27 (claims this per pro day - open to debate) Curtis Samuel: 4.31 Andy Isabella: 4.31 Lawrence Keys: 4.35 Khalil Shakir 4.43 Mack Hollins: 4.53 Bryan Thompson: 4.54 Justin Shorter: 4.55 Tyrell Shavers: 4.59 Keon Coleman: 4.61 Xavier Johnson: 4.64 The Bills have added speed or guys known for it. In Coleman they also added a guy who has all of the markings of a possession receiver who has hands of superglue (two dropped balls). Initially, I was frustrated with the pick. The more I see and think about it the more I like what the Bills have done. For those who simply wanted unproven straight line speed (i.e. Xavier Worthy) - the Bills picked up KJ Hamler and Samuel who are both fast. Samuel is a very known person to the coaching staff. Coleman, like any draft pick, will have to prove himself. Let’s hope he does.
  6. Six word response: Anquan Boldin ran a 4.7 40
  7. Your lifetime ban is about to take effect.
  8. Slow and hard to believe he has best grade among those who are left.
  9. Not a name that has been touted around here.
  10. Bean may be looking at trade up options in the second and third rounds. My hunch is the Bills are after a DT and two wide receivers with their next three picks.
  11. But the Bills likely found out who Carolina would take with the pick before the trade. To me it seems the Bills did not want Legette and certainly not that high.
  12. So Dalton Kincaid is dog food? If the Bills also pick up at least 1 WR in a deep class will Josh still have no weapons?
  13. All well and good but, now I am feeling like Cooper DeJean is about to be the pick at 33. Then I think they go WR by trading up from #60. Depending on who is available they may also grab another WR in 3 or 4. Personally I think Worthy will be a bust as he is too small to take NFL hits.
  14. The draft is a crapshoot. Beane has generally made good draft decisions. As long as he does not mortgage the future I am good with your concept. Move a few spots maybe but don’t repeat Sammy Watkins fiasco. The are no “sure things” in the draft.
  15. I still feel burned by the Watkins trade and scenario. WR is too much of a crap shoot to burn future picks.
  16. It was hard to watch that. The Bills had so many small mental errors. They were so close but the Chefs did the small things better more often.
  17. If he was calling out Diggs you know the Bills coaching staff was aware. People here are bawling over the loss of Diggs but he was a non factor in the last seven games of 2023. Additionally he has been a ghost vs. the chefs in the playoffs. I am convinced that the Bills are better off without him it’s time to move on.
  18. I might do it in 2038 if josh is still playing. The Bills more or less pulled this sort of trade of with an old and much less potent OJ.
  19. This is why I fear trading way up in the 1st round. Have to give up too much for a risky pick.
  20. No need for Diggs contract part Duex. He’s too old in NFL years.
  21. He provided memories at both ends of the fame spectrum … outstanding football player at one end and a sad broken human being at the other.
  22. Funny stuff …. Loved “sign the baby.”
