Schein is a Syracuse boy that's been hot on the Bills for a while. Because of those two things he could kick a baby and I'd look the other way...

I'm glad your son will be ok. Above all else of course is the well being of our loved ones, as you know my post is only looking at this as a Bills/football fan. With that said I don't miss the bigger, more important picture for one second.

Just a horrible thing to have to hang over our heads. I'm a huge Bills fan (obviously) and an NFL fan...I'm also a huge Syracuse basketball and NCAA hoops fan...Having that season end right at the best time of year in March was awful. Now I might have to deal with it all again with our beloved Bills....Oh, and there may be no college hoops again. Covid can $@#! Off.

Covid stinks. We agree I'm sure. Not being able to go to the stadium stinks...The fact that August hasn't been a month long Christmas Eve for me this year, as it's always been, stinks....But man, I fear and would hate nothing more that the season having the rug pulled out from under it if they have to shut it down. It's truly a dark cloud over one of my favorite things in life. A small part of me wishes they'd just call it and say "see ya next year when (if) it's all normal again". ...with that said of course I want and eagerly look forward to the season...I just can't shake that awful thought of the Bills being like 6-1 and having the season not conclude. Ugh.... Fingers crossed we get a full one in.. finger friggen crossed. Go Bills.

First Bills game I ever attended. Was still living in the ADKs then and had family in the Boston area. I would have been 12 or 13. Father took the the family out to visit our relatives. for a long weekend On Sunday my Dad, uncle and I drove up to see the game. I remember just being in awe as I walked up to my first NFL stadium. That and I remember there being so many Bills fans there. When we went up 24-7 I had the slightest pang of pity for the Patriot father and his young son sitting in front of us. And then it all fell apart. I was so upset I hardly talked the whole way back to Boston or whatever suburb my relatives lived in then.

Did the jetski have the word "playoffs" written on the side?

Not that it matters but they beat theTebow Broncos like 40-13 or something. Though that was more on the defense, I think we picked him off multiple times, a couple for scores.. Then that Bronco team won a dramatic home playoff game vs the Steelers, even though they were 8-8. That annoyed me.

Bummer, I live about a mile and a half a way and make it to 1 or 2 a year. I get it though.

I remember my father (a Giants fan) and I were watching. He said this is over and went to take a shower. Minutes later I was going insane....The next week I believe we were down to the raiders late on Sunday night. He said this is over and went to bed. Minutes later I was going crazy. To this day it's a joke between us that if the Bills are losing he has to find something to do. If only he had been doing something else for Norwood's kick.

I hear ya, picked up a decent Owens and Moulds off eBay a few years back very cheap (also ugly dark blue era) when they were the reebok knockoffs. Freddy and Thurman are good ones I got from China a longer while back. Prob 7 jerseys total. Gotta be stitched and gotta be close to the real thing.

Does DHGATE do quality stuff? Been thinking about getting my Diggs from them. It's always a roll of the dice with those sites but when you hit the right one they are sweet. Got my Freddy some years back from a China site and it is awesome. When I tried to get a Watkins it was stitched but absolute crap. Which was foreshadowing I guess...

This is always a fun thread. It stinks the dark cloud that hangs over the schedule release this year, but one of my favorite non competition sports days of the year. Right there with selection Sunday for me.

Missed the question a couple times but he does say multiple times how he enjoyed his time in Buffalo, closing with how much it meant to him how we cheered him when he was here for Thurman's jersey retirement. He also makes it clear he is no Buddy Nix fan...worth a listen
