I believe that every man who has ever coached in the NFL has at one time or another said “it’s hard to win in the NFL.”
There are well over 20 NFL clubs right now who would kill to have McD as their head coach.
And 12 with Super Bowl expectations that wouldn’t

I think you're wrong.
Your evidence that he's feeling the pressure is based on you evaluation of his performance in a press conference. He's ALWAYS been bad in press conferences. He's uncomfortable, he doesn't like it, and he isn't good at figuring out how to give useful answers to questions without saying too much.
It's ridiculous, meaning it's fair to subject you to ridicule, for you to compare McDermott to Dick Jauron. McDermott has built a perennial top-five favorite to win the Super Bowl, and Jauron went 7-9 three years in a row before the team fell apart. There is NO meaningful comparison.
You're free to not like McDermott, but you're not going to convince anyone who knows football. The 49ers aren't firing Shanahan and the Bills aren't replacing McDermott.
Give Jauron, Josh Allen instead of JP Losman, without Tom Brady in the division and lets see how many Division titles Dicky J wins. We’ll never know. McDermott is who he is, the players and anyone who knows him loves the guy. I'm excited to see him rebuild the secondary, so there's that.

The players we lost were washed; it was time to move on. We would be worst if we held on to them.
Poyer was a nobody before he got to Buffalo, Morse has concussion issues & is a pushover come playoff time, Hyde’s neck might break, and Floyd disappeared down the stretch. The problem the Bills have is outside of Allen; there is no elite talent, and the coach thinks he coaches in a Disney movie.

But he haven’t taken a step forward. Whaley once said we were in quarterback purgatory, this is playoff purgatory.

At the end of Kyle’s career, many wished he had played for a better team.

I find it amusing how players can provoke us with social media posts. Dion's post about his ranch was hilarious.

I agree with you on McDermott, but since McDermott's butt is NOW on the line, I think maybe he doesn't trust Diggs to carry him over the finish line. It's wrong, but who knows.
And Diggs is number 3 on the Bills all time WR list.
No one is taking Diggs over Reed #1 and Moulds #2.
If we fire McDermott and win a Super Bowl, Diggs might pass Moulds.

I think we will sign Haywood Jablome. That dude is awesome. I can't believe he hit the open market
I think Mike Hunt or Ben Dover would be better values

I don’t really understand Von and Knox taking pay cuts. What leverage do the Bills have in this scenarios? They can’t really cut these guys due to the dead cap. Why do the players say yes?
Because what the Bills are offering is higher than what they’d get on the open market. No one is giving Von Miller $8M

I'm sorry to be a broken record. We have a top 3 QB. If you expect anything less than the SuperBowl I really don't understand you.
Please anyone that votes anything but SuperBowl win explain?
I want to make a millions this year, but I expect to make much less. While I don't disagree with any of the moves they have made this offseason, I have no reason to billieve McDermott will coach a team to a Super Bowl.

Beane. He's all business. I never thought he'd be this ruthless. He's also right.
Ruthless? Did you expect them to keep expensive, aged-out vets who have never sniffed a championship because of…? This is his job. It sucks losing players you’ve become attached to but it's part of being a fan.

I still think that day was worse. That was Bruce Smith, Andre Reed and Thurman Thomas all the same day. This might be number 2 but I don't think it could ever pass that
Agreed. Bruce, Andre & Thurman are Hall of Famers that played in multiple Super Bowls. These are good players that won a few division titles.

Von took a cut, so I think he was in more danger of an outright release than you give him credit for.
He would have kept more money if we just released him, he wants to win & be a team player

It was just McD. Whaley was getting Pegula coffee and waxing his car.
Yes Whaley/Nix missed on EJ & then Whaley doubled down on Sammy, but we haven't won a trade like Shady for Kiko with Beane.

Brandon Beane looks like a human, but he's actually just a calculator and a textbook on formal logic, all wrapped in a person suit.
There's not a sentimental bone in his body.
What are you talking about?

NFL will play 2 games on Christmas-day which is on a Wednesday this year.
in The Stadium Wall

It would be nice to have something other than NBA playing in the background at home.
It might be fun to schedule a family tailgate, setup a tree, decorate it with beer and soda cans & then set it on fire while you eat your Christmas dinner before you walk in the stadium.
