  1. I actually hoped that the Bills would play New England again as I think we have a distinct advantage at QB. But then I heard something unexpected on WGR today that I didn't realize... This is a serious question... How is it possible that New England is the 6th highest scoring offense, ahead of teams like the Bengals, Rams, Colts, and Packers?  I guess putting 45 on the Browns, 50 on the Jags, and 36 on the Titans helps the average but it's still a very unexpected stat to me with a rookie QB with a weak arm.

    Cowboys 530
    Bucs 511
    Bills 483
    Chiefs 480
    Chargers 474
    Patriots 462
    Bengals 460
    Rams 460
    Colts 451
    Packers 450

The Patriots 6th highest scoring offense with the 2nd lowest scoring defense

    Vs

The Bills 3rd highest scoring offense and #1 defense.

Our defense can scheme against the Pats, but I don't think they've shown the ability to stop a top tier RB like Taylor. I hope I'm wrong. Playoffs are all about match ups. As long as we're there we have a shot.

I think having a healthy Star, an active Klein, and resurging Oliver and Phillips will help. I agree we are suspect against top tier running backs but I think that loss can be more directly attributed to the 4 turnovers vs 0 takeaways.

  3. I just realized that NBC has been removed from Dish Network. Does anyone know of an alternate way to view the Chief's game tomorrow? I want a way to view it on my TV that is definite, reliable and high quality. If not I may just go get a Spectrum cable box before it starts. Thanks in advance.

  4. I might be in the minority here but I hate Brady and Gronkowski more than I dislike Belichick and the Patriots. As other posters have pointed out, I can't forgive the hit on Tre'davious and I hate Brady's arrogance and sense of entitlement, once even complaining about the hotels in Buffalo. And I'm not worried about the Patriots passing us in the division. If they do, we don't deserve it. I'm more worried about meeting Tampa Bay in the Superbowl than I'm worried about New England. And I would even prefer for New England to get a worse draft pick.

Not to be “that guy” but there is a pinned thread with all of these cuts already

Kinda makes you look like "that guy." I love your posts and insight but I am also in the camp that doesn't mind "more specific" threads. I don't always feel like reading through 50 pages when I just want to read about one player in particular. One of the most annoying things about this board is everyone striving to be the fastest and the most quoted and and largest threads. I could care less. I wish they'd remove the thread count and the infighting about redundant threads. It's beyond childish. Who cares if someone wants to start a new thread. For me it's easier to do a thread search than read through 100 pages of nonsense.

This is AMAZING news.  We need some on the team to lead by example, and be vocal about it.

No way any of these guys are really worried about the "risk." They have dangerous careers and put their health on the line every single Sunday.

Honestly, I hope they cut or trade Beasley. Then it's a clear message to players - be like McKenzie and get rewarded, be like Beasley and risk you place on the team.

Do we know for certain Allen is vaccinated? I may have missed it...

I like Beasley. I really don't want him cut or traded. A vaccinated Beasley would definitely make our team stronger. But we don't need distraction, divisiveness, or players to be missing either.

Good, he bought a fake card.  Way cheaper than getting fined

Actually probably not cheaper. Especially after the NFL finds out and suspends you.

Flynn: Possessing fake COVID-19 vaccine cards is a felony offense

Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn says anyone who is in possession of a forged vaccine card could be charged with a felony offense.

So he waited for six months, walked around unmasked in Bills facilities for 3 weeks, got himself fined, and now he took the plunge "for the greater good."  OK.

I would bet it has some to do with the 15k fine, but more to do with the possibility of losing game checks. Some players could lose a million dollars per game. Some a couple hundred thousand.
