Reid is not infallible. In fact, I think he is overrated but he is very good.

Reid, like belichick, struggled early in his career. It took finding the right QB and having a little bit of luck having some other things go right.

For some reason I have a thought, a feeling, that Reid's house is going to come down.

If he sits on the roof, definitely.

Have you been any recent games in Miami?  If so, curious how you thought yesterday’s crowd in Seattle compared.  We frequently have a really high showing in Miami for many reasons, and usually a lot to cheer about.  I was surprised to hear so many Bills fans on the TV broadcast, especially given how long of a trip it is to Seattle.

Have always wanted to go see a game in Miami. Never have yet. But I was amazed at how many fans were at the game and mulling around Seattle all weekend. Awesome fan base. Kudos to all who repped the team. And kudos to the team for making the trip worth it.

  3. I was there. Honestly felt like half and half.

As a result, what I'm absolutely sure about now is the big lie that is the 12th man and "loudest stadium in the NFL". They 100% pipe in crowd noise there.

When the Bills were on offense pre-snap, you'd hear the exact same noise (volume and pitch). It was extremely loud. And when the Seahawks were on offense it was loud but not even comparable.

It's just not possible for their fans, who were pretty much quiet during pregame festivities, to be that comparatively loud without some chicanery going on.

  4. Travelled here a couple of nights ago for the game. First time in Seattle. Not exaggerating when I say that the city is packed with Bills fans who've come to watch tomorrow. Locals are saying it's gonna feel like a home game for the Bills.

I don’t know answers to most of your questions but I can answer a few. You should be fine getting to the airport after. It takes about 30-45 minutes to get out of the parking garage near the stadium if waiting until the very end of the game to leave. Once out of the parking garage things move a little faster. Alternatively the light rail is a great way out, and you can take it to the airport. If you use the light rail be sure to get on at “Stadium Station” which is near the parking garage.

As far as places to see while in Seattle. Pikes Market is the more famous place. They have a large open air market, there is a great Piroshki place down there, the great wheel is fun to check out, there is also the gum wall, and the seafood market at Pikes is where they throw fish and catch the fish.

There is also the Space Needle which has been remodeled within the last 5 years. It’s cool up top with a clear floor you can look down from. The seats are also clear and feel like you will slide off of the seat.

Right down the street from the Space Needle is the Museum of Pop Culture aka Jimmy Hendrix Museum. This is a pretty cool place, cool music memorabilia and also there is a cool portion dedicated to movies and accessories from various movies.

I hope you have a great trip and leave Seattle celebrating a Buffalo win!

That's great intel, thank you sir!

I shall be present. The people saying to stay out of the downtown core aren’t wrong, but that’s not where the best of Seattle is anyways. Check out the area around Lake Union and go over to Fremont and Ballard as well. Or, as some people have said in another thread, go into the surrounding outdoors and enjoy a nice hike or leisurely walk in the forest.

Get seats in the top deck upper area so you’re undercover. Looks like it’s going to rain. I’m sitting up in 311 under the roof just to be sure. Lots of great seats up there and the views are not an issue most anywhere in that stadium.

Ya, saw the weather report. That's also great advice, thanks.

    6. - My good buddy and his brother own the Bills backers party bar that's taking place Friday. Bar is called Vindicktive, and their wings are phenomenal. And their owner's are BFLO guys. They are selling tickets for $40 a pop (includes food and drinks) on their instagram and on the officiall Bills backers SEA instagram.

    Awesome! Thank you.

  6. Planning on going. First time watching a game in Seattle. For those familiar with the city/team..

    1. Best time to buy tickets? Haven't got them yet

    2. Area to sit in the stadium?

    3. Area to avoid in the stadium?

    4. How long does it take to get out of there after the game? I have a flight at 7pm that evening. Game should end by 4:30

    5. Where to tailgate with other Bills fans?

    6. Bills backers bars Friday/Saturday night?

    7. Tips on what to see in Seattle over the weekend other than the game. Never been there before.

    Thanks in advance!

  7. You have to have control when crossing the plane. He didn't. You don't have to like the rule but it was called correctly.

I'm pretty sure if the same thing happened with the Titans and they called it a TD, the same people here would be saying it shouldn't count.

  8. Titans releasing him as per his request.

Guy was really good a few years ago and we could use the safety help. But he seems like more of a hard-hitting guy than a coverage guy. And we already have Kamikaze Rapp for that.

  9. I get that he didn't want to be here, but it would have been nice to see them make this move with a content Diggs on the roster. Having Diggs and Cooper outside with Shakir in the slot. Chef's kiss..

I don't think McBeane values the position enough to have done that though.

  10. Chris Jones has been the best player on the Chiefs for the last little while. And he should have won MVP in the playoffs last year. I would gladly trade 3 first rounders for him if he could keep this level of play up for a few more years.

I think it's important to note that the Chiefs offense has not been all that great going back to last year and they've been winning predominantly due to a strong defense. Andy Reid is a genius, but that shows you that a great scheme without talent isn't enough.

Aaron doesn't look like he's going to finish the season.  Hopefully the Adams doesn't mind catching passes from Tyrod.

Honestly think the Jets would be better off with Tyrod starting anyway. Hoping Rodgers stays healthy the rest of the way.

  12. Dawkins was acting like an idiot again. He said in his postgame interview that he swatted the Jets water bottle guy's hand away. Just a stupid penalty to take that could have proved costly. You'd think he'd be a bit humble a week after bullrushed at the end of the Texans game and costing the team a potential win, but no.
