Nobody on here seems to be talking about our horrendous O-Line and TEs. They can't block for ****. And we all knew this was gonna be the case, too. No assessment of Chan's playcalling, Trent's poise, our receivers' ability to get open, our inept running game, etc. etc. is worth a crap if we don't include the O-Line being completely out of its league out there. Just my two cents.
Our O-line is a better O-line than our QB is a QB.

This is a great thread. I'm just wondering what happened to days when writers used to get drunk and get into bar fights. A little bit of resistance and the writers on this board turn tail and run. Grow a set and fight.
JW, I'm just wondering how you saying,"...and they've gone through a carousel of posers and wannabes and busts at that position alone," is different from just saying,"they suck." Or how saying "yahoo" is somehow better than saying "idiot"? I guess your words just sound a little prettier.

Well I bit the bullet and signed up. Hopewfully everything will go smooth as far as getting games, no more hunting for quick to vanish streams. They asked three questions on the webpage:
Do I currently receive DTV?
Have I ever recieved it at my current address?
Can I get DTV at my current address?
Answer those questions, give them your money, and they're happy!
%$#@ DirectTV. They said I couldn't get it because I have already had DirectTV at this address before. Of course, it doesn't say that I could only get the SD signal and in order to get HD I would have had to cut down some neighbor's trees and the put the dish right in the middle of the front of my house. And they don't open until 8a for me to tell them this.

Chan may say we have three starting RBs, but I'm betting that after week 1, we'll all see that there is actually only one. Although, I think once FJ gets healthy, CJ will become that true number #2 (maybe #1A) receiver that we don't have right now.
This might get them even more angry. C.J. Spiller is the #1 search right now on Yahoo.
I'm glad I got him on my fantasy team.

Injuring Tom Brady......... yeah that is a great acomplishment. I didn't have to read anything more after that line. I hope someone injures you and I hate TB as much as anyone.

The ATDHE streams have been "ok" this pre-season, but they aren't always guaranteed to be there, what if its not there, what do I do?!!? AHHHHHH!!!!!

I thought about doing this as soon as I saw this thread. After trying to watch last night's game, there is now no doubt. No way I am going to fight to find different streams during the game. I'm already angry enough during them.
Here in the NYC area, if I figure that I will get the two Jets games, it averages out to $25 a game ($350/14) not including non-Bills games. If I go to a bar (which I would) I would end up spending that in gas, tolls and one round,.. and still have to drive home drunk.
I almost forgot, if my wife just doesn't want me around on a given Sunday, I can just go to my friends house and log in there to watch it. I'm sold.

Why don't we hold the sh!theels on this board as accountable as they hold the players? Instead of just leaving, why not give the names of the posters that are the reason you are leaving? Too many good posters have left only saying,"this place sucks"(I'm paraphrasing). This place doesn't suck, but a few posters do. Why not name them and leave the rest of the good ones out of it? We all put them on our ignore list and move on.

Poise? I have no problem with that word when evaluating QB play. All the great ones have it. It's an aura of confident leadership, contagious to his teammates. Does Trent play with poise?
Therein lies the definition, IMO.
To the OP's question, we officially have a QB controversy.
Who cares about poise? I want to know if he's got The Chroise.

It will be a great loss (especially to my Sunday mornings) if Lori's pregame reviews are a thing of the past. They are better than anything out there.
That said, the line about thin skin making typing painful was just plain funny.
