Poona Ford and D.Jones. Get in the short QB’s face and make him move.
-
If he gets the ball out under 2.5 seconds, plays in the “system”, he is very efficient. Bills did a great job of jamming receivers/clogging passing lanes in the first meeting. This allowed the dline to get after Tua. Hopefully more of the same this game.

I’m afraid “that” Von is done.
Respectfully disagree, it’s the mind that usually holds the person back in instances like this. Physically the knee is repaired and ready to go, mentally he doesn’t trust it yet.

Remember last year when Cinci was missing like 3/5 oline starters and came out looking like the Cowboys oline from the 90’s?
point being: this is about the Bills not who is hurt for Miami. Bills are focused and have a good week of practice, they beat a fully healthy Miami and it’s probably by double digits.- 2

Good for Von holding himself accountable and saying the right thing to the media. I still have hope IF the Bills make a run he turns it on for a game or two and makes a couple big plays.

I still think he is going to make a game winning play this year.
-
Let’s see how he does the rest of this year.

There is no way it isn’t coming down to win and in. The way this year has gone, not much has been easy. Even in big wins it feels like there has been an injury of importance.

the daytime temperature in January in Miami is not a factor. It is a “great home field advantage” much earlier in the season. This is the second erroneous post I’ve seen on this topic.
Eh, it’s a difference for sure. In direct sunlight and 75 is different than 75 and shade.

We've all seen the Bills do Billsy things in the playoffs. This team is not that good. The offense has looked awful the last 2 weeks. They aren't all of a sudden going to flick a switch and start putting up over 30 points a game.
Are you a Pats fan?

To the best team in the league, so there's that. New England is, OTOH....well, you know. LOL
What team are you a fan of?

Does Belichick still think Mac is better for his “system” than Allen?

This is ridiculous. For the playoffs and playing like this. Oline looks brutal, Josh looks lost, and Diggs is nowhere to be found. Brady’s offense looks like Dorsey’s today.

Time for Poona to step in, he might be a better 1 tech anyways

Interims are 15-12 straight up since 2010. Don’t know how many of those were home vs away but hardly overwhelming.
I am curious how many of those 15 wins came in the first game…

Saw a report of a sprained wrist somewhere...nothing official. Team actually got a bit nicked up yesterday. McDermott even mentioned it in his press conference.
I think Spencer Brown had fingers x-rayed after the game. Ty Johnson came to the sidelines twice with right shoulder drooping twice--looked like stingers to me. Leonard Floyd sat out for a bit being evaluated for an unknown injury, but went back in. No reports of severity from what I've seen
It’s that time in the season where the cliche saying comes into play, “are you hurt or are you injured?”.

The Bills will win out. Make the play offs. Get through the Wildcard. Shock someone in the Divisional. Pick up a surprise victory in the Championship. Go into the Super Bowl as surprise favourites. And then have a final play which will go down in the annals alongside 13 seconds, 12 players, Wide Right, Music City Miracle etc.
The Bills are always the losing team in the greatest games, so this would fit.

Lots of Bills fans are that way. Not the appropriate way to approach the issue.
If he has to go, you dump him and move forward the best you can.
Most of this sort of fear among Bills fans is present simply because most of our HCs in franchise history have been garbage, which is not relevant now at all.
Doesn't mean McD can't be replaced with someone better. Here's an idea: Keep Beane and let HIM decide his HC...I trust Beane a hell of a lot more than Pegula.
Yep, I just hope Pegula can separate the two. Beane is an above average GM, I would love to see him work with a bright offensive minded coach.

If firing him next season during the season is even a thought, do it this off season
You can't waste another season on this guy that has no idea how to win games
While I agree with you, there are enough scared people who say, “it can get worse”, if they miss the playoffs my answer is, “no it can’t”.

his team doesn’t trust him
thats the end of the road, and Allen isn’t the one that you move on from
Yep. They quit on him these last 5 on he gets fired. God, please.

I’m not opposed to firing McD. I’m just worried more about Pegula replacing him with someone better
That’s like McD’s logic to playing soft d in crucial moments, of course it could be worse but it could be a whole lot better too.

Ok, if Brady can’t figure out how to attack this Miami D, I don’t want him back.
