  1. Many postings about protesting, but they don't address the matter directly and hurt the fan more than the team.

Browns fans stood in a hallway - that does not do anything, the team still collected the ticket $ and the fans missed some plays...

Others suggest not renewing season tickets, but this is our team and we want to be there when they do turn this around. This would also make it harder to sell out games and impact the local viewers and support those that say Buffalo can't support a team.

One way to send a message that will hit the team in the pocket without hurting the fans themselves - stop buying items at the next few games.

If 35,000 people chose not to buy 1 or 2 beers at the game, that is approximately $250,000 in revenue that the team would lose - they would feel it immediately. I'm sure RB and RW would notice that come Monday morning....

Or everyone can wear black to honor the death of this franchise.....The black out!!

  2. yes but it won't be streaming live due to "technical difficulties"...

The players will have team meetings and film review until noon today before doing corrections on the practice field along with some conditioning work.

Head coach Dick Jauron is scheduled to address the media at 12:30pm today. We’ll have it turned around for you as quick as we can on Buffalobills.com as our live stream is not up and running this week.

Players will speak to the media after coach Jauron concludes his Monday presser. We’ll keep you updated here and on the home page at Buffalobills.com for any news on injuries and other items of interest concerning the team.

Funny how this team cant even get their press conferences streaming?......what a joke!

  3. Exactly, we are dealing with it. Dealing with an inept owner, GM, and coach who havent drafted or signed any viable QB's since Kelly. It is extremely frustrating. The book isn't closed on Edwards yet, but time is running out. What is there to be happy about. Our QB just went down with his second concussion and we have to bring in our 2nd stringer. We have injuries on both sides of the ball. This happens EVERY year. I'm sorry we didn't eat our giggles and rainbows for breakfast, but this team excrutiating every year. Give us hope and then get it taken away. I liken this team to my hangover on Sunday. Just when you think it's getting better, it spirals out of control

My point is its nothing we can control, so if its so unbearable to follow this team.....DON'T. Look there are worst franchises out there. There are worst starting QB's out there. I would say there are worst HC's out there but id be lying. I understand the feelings people have about this franchise, but remember its 3 hours out of a week 16 weeks a year. SO if its too much, follow the Sabres, at least they are winning.

  4. Well guys your all missing the main point . These are the guys we have to play with, so analyze it all you want. But at the end of the day we have Fitz and TE, theres no savior around the corner. I have heard nothing but bitching and moaning about anyone who has played QB since Kelly. Deal with it, this is who we have. So lets hope for the best and a few wins. I forgot how many pro personnel gurus we have on this board. But i think if half of you werent bitching about something you wouldnt be happy.

  5. Now That Edwards is out. Isn't it time to bring in another QB. He has another concussion. Thats 2 in less than 16 games. Should you start thinking about getting someone else here?? Look Edwards will not play this week, maybe a few weeks, I think the bills need to get another guy.

Whom should they bring in? Who is available? Then who do you drop from the roster to sign him?......Roscoe? then when Hardy comes back you drop another?

  6. Id have to say the play of some of our young guys: Byrd, Wood, I also think Nelson could be a factor if they threw to him down the middle. I am also pleasantly surprised at TO's attitude you would think with his production he would have gone through the roof by now. Bell, Levitre, and even Scott/ Meredith havent been great but i do see potential. I am also impressed with the way this team has stayed as a team, no finger pointing, no back stabbing, and thats when they are losing. I would love to see what happens when our young guys develop great potential on this team.

  7. I thought he's played well rushing the passer in the games I've watched. Doesn't fit our defense since he's basically a defensive end, and that's one area we don't have injury problems.

strange move by Pats - bet he signs with the Chiefs by tomorrow.

Yeah and Derrick Johnson becomes a Patriot....Funny dealings going on there. Maybe its payback for the earlier rape of a trade as well?

  8. With all the talk about how we need to draft a QB in next year's draft, Tony Pike is a senior and has drastically improved his draft status with a great senior campaign.

Right now he's 11/19 for 128 yards and 2 TDs.

I've been flipping between this game and the NLCS, but Tony Pike has looked decent. He kinda reminds me of a weaker armed version of Joe Flacco. His receivers have made some pretty good plays, and Pike hasn't been perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but he has made some great throws.

I am watching, im very impressed. He has a great arm and throws even on the run to where only the receiver can catch the ball. He throws ahead of the receiver anticipating the route. And seems to have a great grasp of the game.

  9. Speaking of rumors, did you guys hear about Rob Schneider. Somebody told me he goes down to Home Depot and pays the migrant workers to go to his house and choke him in the shower.

I heard that one also, i was on the corner of Spooner St. when someone told me.

  10. Trading T.O. now would be the stupidest move of the year in my opinion. It would deflate the team even more than it already is (imagine that for a second). I know I'll get bashed for saying this , but its not totally out of the realm of possibility that the Bills can turn this around and get to 10-6..look at the schedule. Remember the year Bledsoe & Co. brought us to within a win of the playoffs until we blew it against the Steelers backups? It can be done.

Steve the eternal optimist...applaud you. Last year we were 4-1 at one time right, finished 7-9. Maybe this year we start out 1-4, and wait for it....... finish 9-7? Damn then Disney can make a movie about the feel good Buffalo Bills, and their rag-tag coach.....Awwwww

  11. How the heck does Leach do it?

Kid gets thrown into the deep end last week when Taylor Potts goes down with a concussion, wins the game 48-28, and today - at HALF-TIME - against Kansas State, Steven Scheffield is 22 of 29 for 370 yards, 5 TDs, 0 INTs, 0 Sacks.

And they guy will probably go undrafted in 2011, because he plays in Leach's 'gimmicky' system, and he's not a NFL-type QB - like, say Trent Edwards!:lol:

The Bills should start scouting the guy, and try like hell to hire...

    Mike Leach

His stats are now a gawdy 33-41 490 yds 7 tds 1 int
