However, he is the one that has to solve them and (to use one of his most frequently used words) OBVIOUSLY he can't bring anything to the table to fix the problems. It's not on the players to solve them. Players play the way they are coached. Here is a coach that shows no emotion. How are players going to feed off that? By playing with no emotion. Okay so he's a Yale guy, smart (book smart), whatever, but sports cannot just rely on intelligence alone. Over thinking, playing the odds, being logical - it doesn't always work.
