He is clearly non productive and I wouldn't start him ever. Not because he is necesarrily bad, he is good insurance for Marsha. Bulger is a great fantasy player with some of the best wrs in the nfc and a running back who specializes in screens and check down routes. Bulger will do what Brady did last week and more.
