ChasBB Posted May 19, 2009 Share Posted May 19, 2009 Lester certainly has had some staying power. He's survived several coaching changes now. What is it with Lester? How is he able to stay like that? What exactly is his role these days? I can't believe he's been with the club since 1987 -- that's amazing. I get the sense that he must be extremely organized -- must be a go-to guy for information -- a guy who knows HOW to find information -- a researcher.
