All phone and internet orders will be mailed to the address on your season ticket account. This offer is only valid for the Season Ticket Holder of Record. Please call 1-877-228-4257 or email us at tickets@bills.nfl.net for more information. WHEN THURSDAY, JUNE 4TH - Beginning at 9:00AM Season Ticket Holders with seniority from 1960 to 2004 can purchase individual game tickets online, in person, or over the phone. Ticket purchases will be limited to six (6) tickets per game per account. FRIDAY, JUNE 5TH - Beginning at 9:00AM Season Ticket Holders with seniority from 2005 to 2009 can purchase individual game tickets online, in person, or over the phone. Ticket purchases will be limited to six (6) tickets per game per account. SATURDAY, JUNE 6TH - Beginning on Saturday, June 6th at 9:00AM all season ticket accounts in good standing are eligible to purchase an unlimited number of seats for 2009 Bills home games at Ralph Wilson Stadium in person or over the phone. HOW ONLINE - Tickets can be purchased online via "Account Manager" on buffalobills.com. You will need your season ticket account number and pin number to log in to purchase tickets. Please note there is a $3.00 per ticket convenience fee and a $4.00 handling charge added to all online orders. Group tickets cannot be purchased online. IN PERSON - Season Ticket Holders may purchase individual game tickets with photo identification only at the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office at Ralph Wilson Stadium beginning at 9:00AM. PHONE - Season Ticket Holders may also purchase tickets by calling 1-877-BB-TICKS (1-877-228-4257). You will need your season ticket account number to purchase tickets. A $4.00 handling charge is added to all phone orders. We anticipate high call volume between 9:00AM and 11:00AM, which may lead to long hold times. *Full payment is required at the time of purchase. *No fax orders will be accepted. *Individual game tickets for the Buffalo Bills game being played at the Rogers Centre in Toronto are not available from the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office. Visit billsintoronto.com for more information regarding the Bills in Toronto Series. *The Buffalo Bills accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards. Cash payments and checks payable to the Buffalo Bills in U.S funds will also be accepted at the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office. We will be setting up a thread on the Tailgate board to line up season ticket holders who'd be willing to order extra tickets with anyone who might want to buy them.
