Draft Prospect Cliche- What's your favorite?

This is more of a Jay Bilas, NBA Draft thing, but:

"Upside potential" bothers me. To say a player has "upside" is enough, Jay. It necessarily implies the player is mostly potential at that point. No need for the redundancy. I hate when people crap on the language like that. That is, unless, he's trying to make the point the possibility exists that a player might turn into a guy who may develop into something special?!? Stupid Duke alum...

To make it worse (better?), sometimes he adds "tremendous" to the front, creating the always baffling, sometimes entertaining "tremendous upside potential."
