JinVA Posted February 17, 2009 Share Posted February 17, 2009 VA/FHA loans were the only way to go back in the early 80's and fell out favor to convential loans. Now, with all the banking mess going on they are quickly gaining popularity again. Find a mortgage broker who has been around for a long time and they'll know what to do.
