Buftex Posted December 16, 2008 Share Posted December 16, 2008 I fugged my own self, by going against my gut instinct, and starting Brett Favre over Matt Cassel. I lost in the playoffs by 7 points...Favre netted 11 points, while Cassel had about 30. Lance Moore (2pts) also hurt me a lot. But, I screwed my season up...Matt Cassel fell to me, and could have saved my season, but I stuck with Favre, becuase, although he has only been so-so all year, I thought Cassel might have an off week becuase of the death of his father...I am not sold on Cassel, but he has been pretty damn phenominal all things considered...so, not only did I have to suffer through a miserable Bills loss to the Jets, the Jets qb (who didn't do much toward contributing to taking down the Bills), was also instrumental in taking down my fantasy team...$1400 prize all gone...merry Christmas Brett Favre!
