Something to look for against the Dolphins

Recommended Posts

In game 1, Bills played soft coverage on "D" and Pennington completed the short stuff all day. Played soft on Ginn and he had mega yards after the catch. Everyone knows Pennington is at his best throwing the short stuff. Not a guy that is likely to beat you deep.

Bills have their backs against the wall this week. Let's see how they defend the pass. Do they try to adjust from game 1 and press the receivers at the line of scrimmage to disrupt the routes? Ginn is a smurf, chances are beating his man off the line in a physical matchup is tough for him. Will they bring pressure against Chad or continue to hope that the front 4 can do it alone?

We'll see how this coaching staff responds.

We'll see how this coaching staff responds.

1. the front four has consistently created natural passing/running lanes for QB's

2. Why is Kawika Mitchell's picture on milk cartons?

3. Corners- 3rd and 5, dont give a 6 yard cushion

4. Offense-no need to hide the rest of your playbook anymore

5. Someone please spackle the mannequin on the sideline he's showing a little wear.

I'm just tired of all the what-ifs, the speculation about how we'd be with so-and-so, conjecture regarding this cover versus that....

I'm slowly moving to the school of thought that nothing is going to change until Ralph is out of the picture and new ownership takes dramatic steps to put a successful product on the field. Ralph appears satisfied to trudge along the path he devised decades ago. As they say, "That don't feed the bulldog."
