People who sell their tickets have absolutely no recourse to do ANYTHING to people who misbehave. It's the BILLS copping out and screwing over the people they should be doing the most to protect. And it's really quite simple to keep people out of the stadium. If they come back in and you catch them, you prosecute the living hell out of them in a very public manner. Message sent.
