It is a throwback here. Yes, there is a lot of overhead. Yet, it is practical and cost effective. I mean everything is done by us. I really think that the governement should promote the do everything they can model. Something breaks down, why wouldn't we fix it ourself?... We are here... I got two hands, give me the tools and I am on it. That is why I like it around here. When I am not on the computer you get a lot of bang for your buck!
