The longer you wait to pull the trigger on trading up, the more limited your options become (see Roethlisberger in 2004). If the Bills truly want Peterson, they will most likely have to trade up to #6 to get him, since Washington has openly shopped that pick and is in dire need of more Day 1 picks. So probably the more appropriate question is 'Would you trade the 2nd round pick to move up and grab Peterson?', since even if he lasts until the 10th pick, Houston would most likely just take him instead of getting an additional 3rd round pick.
