SD seemed to make the best hires possible when considering continuity.(a factor to take into account when coming of a 14-2 record) Jeez, I don't even know that this is the "best hire"...doesn't Steve Marriuci deserve another crack at it before Norv Turner? Norv Turner had some pretty decent teams in Washinton, and they underachieved every year...and it wasn't all Dan Snyder...Norv was there well before Snyder. Norv has one playoff appearence, in nine freaking years to show for it...nine years! People who said that Wade was a proven failure, with 3 playoff appearences in 5 years, and a record 10 games OVER .500! Norv is a career 24 games below .500!
