Clearly they committed a recruiting violation and something should be done..... That said, I don't think the NCAA has the balls to discipline one of it's most nationally recognized programs. USC has a firm grip on the NCAA's testicles and threatens to squeeze them if the NCAA takes the proper action, so nothing will come of it.
