However, he may not see the last year of his current contract. TO will be 35 years old then and Cowboys can cut him with minimal cap penalty to save 7M cap space. I believe in TO's old contract with Eagles, Eagles will be forced to keep him one more year because of the high cap penalty. I may be wrong though.
