I had the experience of watching most get postively excited about the war and the so-called weapons of mass destruction and the way we were going to "shock and awe" in Iraq on a regular basis. The thing that is so pathetic is it was so obvious what this war was going to become to anyone with any common sense from day one. What a shame.
