He needs to know: 1. How many tickets you purchased through him 2. Hell yeah if you want him to attempt to exchange the tickets for the San Antonio game or... sorry, I can't make it to the Alamo City please try to secure a refund for me 3. I didn't get in on tickets for New Orleans, but I would like to get tickets for San Antonio with the group---if possible He's already done a ton of work for all of us, please be patient and understanding. He cannot guarantee anyone a refund or exchange, but he is willing to do everything that he can to make you happy.
