Bills' defensive fourth down conversion rate this year

Opponents are converting 64 percent of their fourth down attempts vs the Bills this year. Yeah, there are worse teams, but it still strikes me as pretty bad. It's something I have been noticing. The Chiefs were 2 for 3 yesterday, which is par for the course.
