I would prefer TO over meriman I would definitely take T.O. over Ruvell Martin but Merriman UH i don't know till i see him play B/C as i said when he left last year the D was definitely a different machine with out him than with him !! calbear Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 How about ruvell martin, dickerson, potter, or lee smith? Yes - Martin was the guy signed when Brooks went on IR. Brooks will come back as a gunner replacing Martin. No need to cut anyone else for numbers reasons (though others have noted the lack of utility we're currently seeing out of a few guys). So Meriman stays and Anderson eventually comes back in, and if we're lucky, is back in time to either replace Meriman before he gets injured again or soon enough to limit Meriman's reps so that perhaps he can play out the season (prob wishful thinking).
