I was there and got on the field in time to get a helping hand on the goal post that was torn down. We helped it off the field and others carried it up and handed it up to the upper deck. They got it up and threw it right over the upper deck deck after making sure all below where clear (I just remember them waiting for 30 seconds or so). The crowd that was remaining went nuts! Cool part is that it was hacked sawed and my friend's brother who came with us got a piece of it in the parking lot. Shared a small piece with each of us. Mine is my sons room on a cheap ass chain. Those were the days! I have a 1 foot section of that goalpost in my man cave.... no joke Cool beans! Mine is about 3/4" diamond/square shaped.
