But any reasonable football executive would pause before giving Stevie big money. He learned absolutely nothing from his antics and subsequent Steelers drop last year. He dreamed up this whole childish routine for the Jets game, knowing it would draw a penalty. And this is his contract year!! And one bad play doesn't tarnish his skills and ability to become a dominate wr ......
