You know the team will never arrive so long as that gross mediocrity is around. A prime example is Dan Snyder, the Redskins' arrogant but clueless owner. For the Bills, it's Leodis McKelvin. Jayron Hosely from Va Tech is the best CB that I've seen play. Amazing ball instincts. Kirkpatrick is physical as hell but I've seen him get beat way to often.
