/dev/null Posted June 30, 2011 Share Posted June 30, 2011 I thought Softball leauges, Flag Football leagues, etc couldn't discriminate on the basis of race, gender, orientation, etc. So if the existing leagues can't discriminate, why the need for the Gay leagues? "Separate But Equal" is unconstitutional. Unless of course the "discriminated against" group decides they want to remain separate, well that's OK then.
