He may be available when the Bills pick in the 2nd round. Give up 2 first round draft picks for Ngata? Never gonna happen, and it shouldn't. Come to think of it...when is the last time a team plucked a "franchise tagged" player off another team? I remember the last time it was being considered, and that was when San Diego gave Michael Turner the franchise tag. Turner stayed in San Diego and played behind LT until he became an UFA.
