Your typical Bills fan might be able to chip in a couple of hundred bucks at most. You'd still need a 1-2 million or more investors to reach $400M. And since there is no real return, other than ensuring the Bills will stay, it's not that attractive an investment to most regular folks. But god bless him for trying.
