Anyone seen L. Evans or J. Reed

For two guys competing for the starting job opposite of Moulds, they seem non-existent. I don't know if it is the plays we are calling or what. Bobby Shaw has shown both of them up so far during the games.

Still have yet to see Evans make a catch. A couple of reverses, but isn't he a WR that can stretch the field.

What good is a speedy receiver if your QB only has 2.5 seconds to throw the ball. From watching last nights game, it appears Shaw is pushing for that #2 receiver slot. Below are the receiving stats from last nights game.

RECEIVING NO YDS AVG LG TD

Bobby Shaw 3 36 12.0 17 0

Ryan Neufeld 3 24 8.0 9 0

Eric Moulds 2 33 16.5 24 0

Drew Haddad 2 33 16.5 21 0

Jonathan Smith 2 29 14.5 25 1

Jerel Myers 1 17 17.0 17 0

Sam Aiken 1 11 11.0 11 0

Willis McGahee 1 9 9.0 9 0

Mark Campbell 1 8 8.0 8 0

Ken Simonton 1 2 2.0 2 0

Joe Burns 1 1 1.0 1 0

You could find Evans racing past his defenders and wide open deep on two plays called for him yesterday. The terrible pass Brown had intercepted when Lee stopped and came back for the ball and was still four yards past his man, and the flea-flicker.

Great, so we have a burner but no one to execute the plays to get him the damn ball. Just adds to our list of growing problems.

Bledsoe does'nt have one of the strongest arms in the league?

Yeah, but he also plays behind one of the weakest o-lines in the league, thus not giving him the time needed to throw deep.
