I'm not suggesting that Nix/Gailey is going to be as successful as Polian/Levy after their first two years but 1 offseason (draft, FA, etc.) and four games is not enough to understand their rebuilding plan. I've been a Bills fan my whole life and I'm not going to give up now! This isn't Nix's first season, he's been around a while. The whole front office is basically in tact from before. (Modrak/Brandon/Littman/Overdorf/etc) I know he had a different title last year, but it's all just the same group of guys working together.
