Hiring Nix and Gailey was a giant FU to the Bills' fans. Please sell the team Ralph, please. Let someone take it over that knows football and is willing to spend to do it right (see, e.g., Kansas City, another perennial doormat that hired a great coaching staff and seems to have turned things around very quickly).
