This also means that we NE ED to make major adjustments at the half after getting ruined a lot of times in the first. It's rare that a team comes out and does exactly what you expect them to do in the first half. Especailly with blocking schemes and such. But if you are going to blame someone for being "off" in the first half it would fall on the scouts. But I know the Bills (like all teams) have scouts whose sole job is to describe tendancies for the coaches who then devise their gameplan around that.
