Ralph was willing to put up $10M per year for the right coach...Shanahan is getting $7M per year in DC I don't believe the $10M/year, but I think he'd have offered the same contract Snyder did (which actually ends-up costing Snyder $6M/year since Bowlen splits half the salary the first 2 years).
