This way we can get back some of the hundreds of billions spent bailing out the irresponsible, immoral masters of the universe running the too big to fail banks. Yes, because people should only get upset about unfair laws if they directly impact themselves. There were probably dummies who got upset when women were not allowed to vote. Sheeh!
