There’s a saying in the NFL, you’re only as good as your last game. Here’s Diggs’ stats in the last four playoff losses.
6 rec, 77 yards, 0 TD
3 rec, 7 yards, 0 TD
4 rec, 35 yards, 0 TD
3 rec, 21 yards, 0 TD
This isn’t a knock on Diggs, I definitely appreciate everything he did for the Bills and still think he’s one of the best WR’s in team history. But when it came to the playoffs, teams were able to take him out of the game with their coverages.
It’s obvious the Bills need an upgrade at the #1 WR position and McDermott/Beane said in the offseason what type of WR they’re looking for. I just hope the Bills add two good WR’s in the draft this year. Bills have been needing a #2 WR as well now for a couple of years.

I’m sure there’s a reason why Beane got a second round draft pick. I wouldn’t doubt the Bills have a deal in place with a team to move up in the draft and a second round pick is part of the deal.

The same RT got ejected on that play for spitting on the opponent.
Yep! The RT is a Dumb azz!

Wade Phillips got a Defenders TD reversed by challenging a play, by which the RT moved early. TD was called back and the Defenders got a False Start penalty.
-
Currently watching the DC Defenders vs the San Antonio Brahmas. Wade Phillips is the Brahmas HC and Gregg Williams is the DC for the Defenders.
Brahmas look decent, they had a nice trick play on a punt where the punter threw a 40yd TD pass.
There are some things I like this league. You get to hear the refs and coaches talk a lot more. The Defenders HC was blasting his WR after a key drop. Coaches can challenge any play (don’t know how many challenges they get per game?)

I don’t get why people get upset everytime Diggs makes a post. Unless Diggs holds out from playing in the regular season, who cares what he says in social media?! It’s apparent he likes to create drama and people feed into it so quickly.

I’m still hoping the Bills draft a WR in the first or second round. Hopefully the rookie WR can learn from Diggs and Samuel.
I’ll be very disappointed if the Bills don’t use either one of their top 2 draft picks on a WR and go defense on both.

That’s not a real name is it? It’s more like Mike Hunt or Dick Hurts, right?
Actually it’s Al Koholick.
In all seriousness, it’s Folorunso Ifeyinka "Foley" Fatukasi. His family is Nigerian.

He started to show some flashes at the end of last season. He had a nice INT in the endzone and almost had another in the same game. While I hope he can be a “late bloomer,” I won’t hold my breath on that. Still grabs/holds way too much!
-
Sad to see him go, always gave his best. Even though we lost, I still remember Poyer punching the ball out on the Chiefs by which the ball went in the endzone (saved a Touchdown).

This was a Superbowl commercial from three years ago. Had a lot of bad experiences with car salesmen, so I thought this one was hilarious:

Really hope the Bills get serious about addressing the WR position this offseason, instead of getting lower level FA’s and low round WR’s in the draft.

Terrible set of plays by the 49ers

Be nice to have an all-rock halftime show.

Still frustrating not seeing the Bills in the Superbowl. Can’t believe it’s been 30 years already since our last Superbowl.

We should have had this one...but it was a fun ride, thanks to those who came along with me on the ride here in the thread. At least I was right about winning out, just a play or so short from getting to the AFCCG.
Im excited to see what things look like next year though with Brady getting install his offense, McD back to just HC duties, and a DC that has shown he can develop young players because Babich is going to likely have a lot of youth on D this year.
Hopefully the Bills get serious about addressing the WR position this offseason.

It’s going to happen.
Maybe if we get one or two more solid WR’s, otherwise, nope 👎

If the Chiefs make it to the Superbowl this year, I’m not watching it.

Floyd was a difference maker in multiple games. Without that signing they don’t make it this far. Epanesa, on the other hand, was on a milk carton.IMO, having Hopkins would have accounted for more production/points on offense. Epeneza played good when he wasn’t hurt. Rousseau had spotty production this season.

I wouldn't say that it's all due to the failure to acquire one particular player, but yes, the front office deserves considerable blame for not adequately addressing the WR position the last two seasons.
I said it before the beginning of the season and got a bunch of eye rolls, thumbs down and puke emojis. Expecting lower round WR’s and lower tier WR’s to make an impact was a huge mistake for two years in a row. Bills are wasting Allen’s best years 🤬😤

Yup. But Beane paid Poona Ford, Jordan Phillips, Deonte Harty and Trent Sherfield instead. Wizard!
Not to mention $9M to Floyd. Sure he was good in the regular season, but did we really need to spend $9M on defensive end when we already invested how many high draft picks and capital on the D-line?

Defense needs to make adjustments and get some stops
