  1. True enough. Words to live by but just passing what was said. Just like anyone would post if they seen something online.
  2. Looks like once the Vikings are eliminated from the postseason, Frazier will be the next HC of the Buffalo Bills. From a Source coming from Terry Long. Terry use to work for Yahoo Sports,ESPN and even Sirius Radio. The source also told him that a "handshake" deal is in place.
  3. Well then i guess Billick is your man then. I really dont know how many times he has to hint that he is interested. Hes got experience and he could probably bring some good coaches along with him. Ita hard to find a good HC and now we have to go out and find a HC and a billion assistants. Good job there guys!!
  4. They didn't waste no time.. Looks like they had this planned for a while. Poor Mora, but oh well. Its no Cowher so who cares.
  5. I guess we can look at it this way.. Cowher hasnt came out and said he wasnt going to coach, so they must be talking. Wilson needs to just give him what he wants and back off.
  6. Charlie Weis goes to Kansas City to become OC
  7. New York Jets offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer is reportedly a candidate for the head-coaching job in Buffalo. But when asked about it today, Schottenheimer pulled a Sgt. Schultz. "I know nothing," Schottenheimer said. "I really don't. I hear the rumors like you do." When asked whether the Bills have requested permission to speak with him, Schottenheimer again said he doesn't know anything more about the Bills job than what he's heard from reporters. "No, not that I'm aware of," Schottenheimer said. "This is not just coach-speak. I'm telling you the truth. I'm very happy. I hope that we continue on this process for a long time. I hope we win a lot of games. I mean that, it's not just something I'm saying to you." http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/...-the-bills-job/
  8. Another great year at CBS for Cowher.

  10. Per Pat Moran of BillsSportsDaily I am fact checking and confirming a lot of stuff before posting.. But I have heard that Bill Cowher will indeed not be coaching the Bills this year. But here's the twist. It's now Cowher that spurned the Bills, its the other way around. I just heard something along the lines of there could've been a meeting TODAY, but it was the Bills and not Cowher that didn't make it happen I do NOT know this yet to be fact and I can assure you its my ONLY monday evening assignment, but God I hope that is bullcrap.
  11. COACHING BACKGROUND Minnesota Vikings 1996-2005, Jacksonville Jaguars 2006-09. http://www.jaguars.com/team/Coach.aspx?id=2638
  12. Billick and Tice could make for a good coaching setup here. Two experience coaches? Just because their not Cohwer doesn't mean they might not be able to get the job done.
  13. Mike Tice is in his fourth season with the Jaguars as assistant head coach, and his third season overseeing the tight ends. Tice joined the Jaguars on February 1, 2006 after spending 14 seasons with the Minnesota Vikings as a player and coach. Tice, 50, has 28 years of experience in the NFL with 14 as a player and 14 in the coaching ranks. He has participated in 22 postseason games, including 13 as a coach and nine as a player. He previously served as head coach of the Vikings from 2002-05. The Vikings posted a winning record in three of four seasons under Tice including a playoff berth in 2004.
  14. http://www.wgrz.com/news/local/story.aspx?...279&catid=4 Here it goes!!
  15. Billick contacted Jaguars assistant head coach coach Mike Tice about joining Billick if he is named coach of the Bills.
  16. Yes its very sad to see someone like this gone. Maybe the next coach will come in and want to keep him here. Lets just hope!
  17. Fixed! Hard typing from a Iphone while driving lol. I know how it feels to be a Bills,Sabres fan.. Every year its the same old crap and this city doesn't help the cause either. Their is just nothing to do here, but all we can do is wait and see what happens. Its not just about the coach, but i really want to see what kind of OC,DC coach they bring in.
  18. I know the Bills have been a mess over the last couples of years but the media is a mess as well and isnt helping a thing. Im sure the Bills have a plan and thats something the media nor us know about. Seems like people get very upset when they hear rumors about this and that. These "sources" have been all over the place and their reeally hasnt been anything right on yet. Lets just see what happens and wait until the real news comes out!
  19. As a ex player thomas could help bring players here as well. You think he doesnt know other NFL players? Even tho Nix already said hes not going to sign any big free agents that cost major $$. Im sure he can help bring good talent here.
  20. Russ was the one to make this move. Thomas kind of hinted toward this for a while now. No surprised. Its not like he will be the main guy but just added as another guy. Nothing wrong with having someone that knows the game in there and that actually cares a lot about the team.
  21. Didn't get it from there, but ok.... I guess he will be part of the Press Conference as well.
