It's adorable that some folks seem to gravitate toward name-calling as though it brings some type of insight to the discussion.

 

That's why Sullivan is a hack...if he can't call people names and sling insults he doesn't have content.

 

When I took journalism classes in college, we always said there's a term for folks that can make a compelling argument without insults and name-calling: "journalists".

Uh, Sullivan has worked at The Buffalo News for many years, so I can safely call him a journalist. You, apparently, took journalism courses but failed to get a job.

Facing NY, where he was already fired, shines the spotlight on Rex a little more than playing anyone else, or maybe I should say, turns up the heat to win. If the Bills win and Pegula is dumb enough to want him around, Rex may well be here another damn year. If he loses, it will be the end, maybe Whaley's too. What if they play TT and he gets hurt...that would definitely get the attention of the guy in Florida.

Guess you have to hope aginst the Bills, but when they play well, that's hard to do. It's like a 16-act play...the last act determines if it's a tragedy or comedy for King Ryan & Co. Will be interesting.

Whaley's move up to get a WR when there were three or four of equal talent available was his fatal flaw, Since then, he picked an injured, iffy DE instead of Paxton Lynch, and then picked a slower than rush-hour traffic linebacker in the second round, who promptly got injured. Oh, he thought Manuel was a franchise QB.

 

The man has bungled all the top choices. He's had his chance and he screwed it up. Drain the swamp, Pegleg.

and he'd be very disappointed in Whaley's horrible drafts. He'd be gone today. Trouble with Ralph is, he'd hire Jim Kelly as Coach, Thurman as OC, Bruce as DC and bring back Marv as Football Czar. What a nightmare! Can we change ownership too?
